Enrolment

Enrolment and Payment Procedures:

  1. Contact the principal of the school branch which the student intends to enrol in. 
  2. Fill in a “Student Enrolment Form” and send it to our school’s email address: ammiamcs@gmail.com
  3. Payment:
    1. School fees (from 2024) are $300 (age under 18) and $350 (age 18 or over) for each semester (6 months).
    1. Payment must be made by direct transfer or deposit into the designated bank account for the school branch which the student enrols in (Account details below). Cash and cheque payments will NOT be accepted.

  • Include the student’s full name and class in the payment description.
  • Once a deposit or transfer has been completed, a deposit or transfer summary must be sent to ammiamcs@gmail.com  to complete the enrolment procedure.

      REMARKS

Existing Students will not need to complete an enrolment form, providing proof of payment will suffice for enrolment.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy:  

  • Paid school fees can be refunded if a withdrawal application is lodged before commencement of the semester. Please note that a $20 admin fee will be applied on this withdrawal.
  • 50% of school fees paid can be refunded if a withdrawal application is lodged within the first four weeks of the semester.
  • No school fees paid will be refunded if a withdrawal application is lodged after the first four weeks of the semester.
  • A student’s withdrawal application form can be downloaded from the school website.
